Correctness is an arbitrary state, whatever conforms to it is designated as correct.
Is this question intentionally worded to be as misleading as possible? When people say there is no right or wrong, they are referring to ethics, not the validity of information.
Truth Value isn't necessarily equivocal to "Right" or "Wrong". The latter two words are utilized in ethical questions.
The difference is between Is and Ought.
