Hey fuck swords get yourself one of these instead. It's interesting to note that the axe head is getting progressively smaller were halberds used predominantly as stabbing weapons so the blacksmiths decided to marginalize the axe since no one used it anyway?


And fuck every one handed weapon too by the way.

Achille Marozzo has a whole section of his dueling treatise dedicated to two handed swords.
Alfieri, Di Grassi, and many other italian masters taught duel with those.
Pic related comes from Marozzo, you can see by the hilt's length that those are zweihander sized swords.
