Poor weather hampered the combined arms efficiency that the Germans were so good at, but without actual Soviet troops to actually fight and win, it wouldn't matter if the Stukas can't deliver their bombs accurately or the panzers can't move fast.
And especially in battles like Kursk, and most of the later stuff, the Soviets were more than capable of fighting in the open and winning.

Wehraboos love to go around trying to claim that without the harsh weather Russia would have easily capitulated after the Germans took Moscow or some other important city. While the bad weather certainly made things a lot easier for the soviets by hampering the Germans advance, their ultimate victory would still have been inevitable. In a war of attrition the likes of which was seen on the eastern front, the side with more resources to lose will inevitably win, so no matter how long the Germans fought on they would have been ground down and overwhelmed by Russia's superior manpower and industry regardless of pretty much any other factor. Attacking the USSR was the greatest of Hitler and his cabal of generals many mistakes, and the German and Soviet people payed dearly for that mistake and many others like it.

Before you claim that Russia gets none of the credit for winning the war, Russia's expansiveness was hard won specifically for the purpose of fighting such wars.
