Any reason for Evangelist Christians to support Israel?
I know they are God's chosen people and he did promise them the land, but whenever they would stop worshiping him or go degenerate he would punish them and sometimes even kick them out of the land.
Modern day Israel do both have a big non Religiously Orthodox Jewish population nor does try to limit homosexuality and other stuff that isn't really well liked in the OT.

The only reason the majority of evangelicals in America, or at least many I've known, support Israel is either because "muh ally" or "Gawds chosen people have to be there so Jesus can come back" or something stupid like that. Of course, it might just be that growing up in the Deep South put me around that crowd 24/7. Too many people are ignorant on this subject.
