Disprove, no, but you can empirically test it. Walk in the middle of a busy highway with your eyes closed while listening to loud music. if you're only the real person nothing should happen to you.

That wouldn't disprove it. One could argue that you just crashed the simulation, and as far as you'd be concerned, that would be a viable explanation.
There's no way to disprove it but every time you argue for it you are doing a performative contradiction because arguing presupposes that you are communicating with another who you believe actually exists.
