What's with the Palestinians who stayed in the west bank and Gaza, why didn't they just all move to Jordan like everyone else?
Not everyone likes Chicago.
Why didn't Jordan annex the west bank?

I am sorry Anon, but I have quite hard to understand the need for the question.
Why did so many or so few move there, even why any moved at all? Sure, those questions may not be obvious, but "Why did anyone stay?" seems so self obvious.
They had lived there their entire life and since several generations back in time and if they moved they would face an uncertain fate far off from their home, why wouldn't at least some of them make the decision to stay?

because they live under martial law

Can't be much worse than living as a permanent refugee in Jordan.
And people tend to be stay as long as they can, a lot of Jews didn't try to migrate from Germany despite the rise of antisemitism.

Most Jordanians nowadays are descended from Palestinians who moved there, they live pretty ordinary lives

My grandparents fled to Jordan and they had a much better life in Jordan than they ever would have in Palestine

Because Palestine inshallah will be liberated

What's with all the Jews who migrated to Israel, why didn't they just move to America like everyone else?
I have another question, why did so many Palestinians immigrated to Chile?

They did, in 1950. Only two countries recognized it (Britain and Pakistan) while no one else did. And then Israel took over in '67
