Workers are capable of "things" in the modern world, they make contracts with their employers and earn value based on their human capital. A worker wouldnt work if it wasnt in his own interest. A worker, having a job is much more than a factory job which leftist still believe is the majority of the job market.

Capitalism calculates value and interest in itself, its not a politican or some group of people.
