Vietnam thinks they're clay-grabbing imperialistic cunts. They've been conquered and shook off the chains of Chinese Imperialism many times.
Laos, Myanmar/Burma and Thailand would like the fucking Mekong back and the Three Gorges dam to at least give more water.
Singapore sees China as "muh GDP" and actively tries to get China to violate more human rights laws. (It's just me being cynical)
And that's not going into India. (india isn't SE Asia, yes.)
