I like how /his/ and 4chan in general have only just caught on to them when they've been floating around the internet for years. Maybe I'm just getting old and theyve been forgotten but a new generation have organically rediscovered them again.
>>
>>1111892
>tfw some atheist faggots reading Jack Chick is actually pretty funny
>>
>>1112119
It's mostly because we never had a /his/ board before where we can focus on the historical craziness of Chick. Usually it was either about video games or D&D or something else more relevant to one of the old boards.

So I got curious/bored:

>After his salvation, Alberto is a hunted man. No Jesuit can leave his order alive! He reveals the infiltration of Protestant organizations, and warns of false "brethren" in our midst.

>Find out why Alberto was placed on a death list.
>Read the incredible oath he had to take as a Jesuit.
>See why the ecumenical movement will lead to a final "inquisition."

More. I must know how deep this crazy rabbit hole goes now.

Well, they are pretty openly claiming that the Muslim leaders got papers bout this they can't show and they are using Alberto as pretty much their only source. How believeable do you think they sound?
I mean, it's pretty hard to disprove a source when it's secret and only one guy will tell you about it, who also is unable to show those documents.
Though there is supposedly Fifty thousand witnesses in his favor somewhere to strength his claims.
>>
>>1112300
>Well, they are pretty openly claiming that the Muslim leaders got papers bout this they can't show
Specifically Ayatollahs, by the way, which would have almost nothing to do with most of the stuff this comic talks about when it comes to secret deals with Arabs.
>>
>>1111930
So you can tell this is bullshit immediately by the fact that he says Arabs lived in North Africa in the 4th/5th centuries

Hold up, are these the little comic pamphlets that churches and funeral homes have stacked on coffee tables for you to read? I've seen the same art style but they weren't elaborate conspiracies, just small 2 or 3 page lessons.

I remember reading chick tracts someone would leave at our school bus stops in high school back in 2006. They were collectors ítems for us at the time, like collecting baseball or pokemon cards, or pogs.

I also see his representatives at some comic conventions. Jack T Chick is a very private man though. All I know is he wears glasses and is middle aged or older.
>>
>>1115451
There is only two images that are supposed to show Jack.
The picture at the top is supposed to show Chick, the man to the left being Chick himself.
the drawing at the bottom is from a man that at least claims he did meet Jack during one of his movies.
>>
>>1115477
I heard the guy on the right in the photo is Chick, since he's been described as looking like Slim Pickens.

I grew up in a Pentecostal church and they used to hand these out to anyone who wanted them after Sunday services.

I love the way they represent truth.

Simple and effectual, anyone can understand it.

Christians have known that the Papacy is the Antichrist church spoken of in Revelation (Whore of Babylon, Mystery Babylon, etc). But explaining it to your Catholic friend is hard, that's where these tracts come in.

>>
>>1112377

Well, I'll be damned, you're right. I knew he believes that if the US doesn't support Israel then God will literally curse the US. I guess I just sort of reasoned he would also believe that God somehow grants an exception to the Jews, as his chosen people.

LOL NOPE Jews still go to hell.

Isn't that actually a thing in some of Paul's letters? Saying everyone will go up into the sky and fly to heaven when Jesus returns. He also thought everyone's resurrection would be the same as Jesus's which involves bodies coming out of tombs and flying up in the sky.

The captain disappeared because he was a True Christian who got spirited away to heaven in the apocalypse. The Rapture as a concept is only a few centuries old.

Well, I mean, it really is the best venue for getting people to go to church, even if you're batshit crazy. Nothing gets you closer to God than being reminded of both death and that you're gonna burn for eternity if you don't turn to Jesus.
