Easiest way is by being a couple who is into consensual non-monogamy. Once you and your partner agree that this is something you want to do, you can create a profile on the big lifestyle sites like Swing Lifestyle, SDC, Kasidie, Adult Friend Finder, etc, and start meeting other couples.
