Question: Are there different types of fake titties? Like there's the obvious fake boobs (i.e. Lisa Ann), then there's stars like Hitomi Tanaka with huge sagging sack-like breasts and I can't tell if they're natural. Fake breasts look exactly like what they are: an implant placed under the skin. They look unnaturally firm and round and they don't jiggle like real ones do. If they move like they filled with fat instead of man-made materials, especially if they fall to her sides when she lays down, they're real.
