If your rich, application of stemcellls and growth of a new foreskin using remants (or bought fresh from another infant if your uber rich) and you can grow new ones and have it stiched on.
For the rest of us, you can hang weights to stretch and encourage skin growth (very light weights). There are some specalized devices you can buy that will stretch the shaft out to make extra skin over the course of months/years.
