The Kansen games got pretty brutal; the lack of any translation certainly didn't help. Movies, while watered down, were a decent representation of what went on.
For anyone who isn't aware, the Kansen series is basically a rape-zombie plague that hits Japan. Kansen 1 is in a school and has two heroines - one will stay with the MC, the other gets raped by his fat pervy classmate and acts as the overall antagonist. Second is at a mall, third starts at a school and is city wide, fourth was in.... the woods? Fifth was an island, I think. There's also ballbuster which is basically a giant rape-orgy OVA with no real story. As for the movies, I think only the first Kansen one represents the branches of the story - the others pick a route.
