All you have to do is keep clicking options you haven't clicked until everything is unlocked.
The first time I played through the game I unlocked every scene, and the only scene I repeated was the bath scene, once.
Just keep clicking shit you haven't clicked yet.

Its easy, just make sure u have version 1.0.0.4 or later and click inbetween the wolf ears above the version number in the settings menu.
