Why vanilla fags and non-vanilla fags had become the new bullshit not only in /h/, but in other boards? Whenever a thread is created about things like rape, ntr and related, vanilla fags will enter and start a mess, whenever a vanilla thread is maded (the few ones as far I see) the non-vanilla fags will enter just to say depraved and start dumping their pics.
Literally stupid as fuck, I made pic related because this is how I feel people has turned into.
Vanilla fags, if you are reading this, I know that you are having less animation and all that shit, but seriously, you can't get this overreaction, if you don't like those other genres then don't watch it, and you have eroges with happy endings.
For the non-vanilla fags, seriously, I know that you have a difficult time dealing with vanilla fags but there are a lot, and I mean a lot, of threads starring the genre you like, and this sadly triggers them, so don't fall to their level and start dumping your pics in the very few threads they have.

Maybe if it was a lot more developed with many endings, both good and bad endings, and another MC that was the "good" hero, maybe it will be different, autistic yes, but at least not cringeworthy.

The reason for the schism and why it leaks into other boards is also quite easy to understand. There's a growing dichotomy between the newchan and oldchan beliefs.
Newchan is caring and passionate and quite moralistic. The reason for this is primarily the popularization or 'normalization' of 4chan. This brought in what you could call 'normies'. Just normal people who migrated from facebook and twitter because 4chan is apparently cool or something. These people tend to hold average beliefs and interests of first world society. They also tend to love stupid memes. Holy fuck do they love stupid memes.
Oldchan is gruff, cynical and uncaring. New people can be of this mindset. They're basically all jaded to the internet and all it offers. Assholes, basically. Internet assholes. Hell, back in the day lots of 4chan was covered in cp (sometimes spurned on by the administration it seems) and nobody gave a shit. The closest to spiderman we got was that fat guy in spiderman bodypaint.
Oldchan sees newchan trying to change things that have always been. Caring for the well being of fictional 2d characters is seen as an affront to the apathy of anonymity. Somehow believing that 4chan was always this grand place for hacktivism or whatever. It's the prototypical changing of eras. Slow. Messy. Only done when all of the old ones die.
Ironic how all of this started because a group of weebs wanted a place to talk about and fap to weeb things.

Because stop-liking-what-i-don't-like has always been a thing, it applies to literally every subjective topic out there, you just get used to it.
Most porn-addicts and chronical fappers end up growing bored of the normal stuff and they eventually start looking for new and more depraved shit to get off, just like a drug, and that's when rape, ntr, gore, /d/icks and other gar/b/age comes in.
