Doubt I'll be the first to link this but basically you can input a collection of either your personal pics or subreddits, eew, and put choose what instruction cards you want, I have mine pretty vanilla, stroke 10 times each slide and follow the instructions, It'd be much nicer if you could put some 4chan /h/ threads with it but meh. Here's my personally customized slideshow.

Update - you can use left/right arrow keys to go next/previous and spacebar to pause
