here is what i did
In Firefox (private browsing)
made an account on e-hentai.org
played Hentaiverse till level 11 (because i read on haruhichan)
goto exhentai.org while still logged into e-hentai
still getting "Sad panda"

i installed the Exhentai Easy 2 browser plugin
i still get Sad Panda but this time with a a login screen
i enter my e-hentai credentials
incorrect login or login failure

i tried the remove you cookies thing too

I use Chrome's incognito browser, which might make things a bit different, but following these steps exactly has always gotten me in:

Go to e-hentai.org and log in to your account there
Delete cached images and files (using Chrome; just deleting from the last hour is fine)
Go to exhentai.org

No need for an extension or getting rid of cookies. Note that hitting the panda once seems like it can bring it up next time even if you do it right, so if you screw something up, restart your incognito browser and try the three steps again.

heres what i did, opened the game saw that it was too complicated and decided not to play it. browsed the gallerys for about an hour and left the website open for a day. checked the next few days to see if i could log on. couldnt. that was about a week ago, went to check right now and it worked.

How it worked for me: (mine was activated today)

TL;DR : it takes Exactly One week for your profile to get activated on exhentai.

Registered on e-hentai.org on Monday, 9th Nov 2015
and tried to log on to exhentai.org = SadPanda
since i read about possibility of a requirement of playing Hentaiverse, i played it
i played till level 8 on grindfest
i also favorited 2-3 manga's on g.e-hentai.org
i would check everyday about exhentai, but no luck!
but today Monday, 16th Nov 2015, it works.
i login to e-hentai.org and then in another tab open exhentai.org , it works!
