その下書きレイヤーを元絵に合わせるように変形させたりします。
下書きを完成させます。
元絵のモザイクをぼかします。
下書き絵の表示を薄くします。
下書き絵をベースにして最終的な絵を描きます。
描いた後、下書き絵表示は最小限にします。
元絵に濃色を付けます。
テカリを加えます。
ピンク系に変色させます。
また濃い色を加えます。
最終的な絵の表示を少し減らします。
最終的な絵の上にさらに線を乗せたり、影を加えたりして完成です。
waifu2xを使って大きくしてみました。

You could. 3D isn't any more difficult to edit. Pixels are pixels.
