I've noticed that this place has been getting shittier and shittier recently, and rule breaking posts are surviving for longer that they ever used to. I've seen loli, western, /d/, and even request threads survive for days or weeks even after I've reported them.
Is /h/ just "understaffed" with mods and/or janitors? Did the change of 4chan's management somehow affect the amount of mods assigned to this board?
I understand that this board moves much faster than it did, say, 5 years ago, but it doesn't seem to be moving too fast to purge posts or threads. Maybe we should get some new janitors in here?

Also, this is not the same OP from the last thread. I wanted to add descriptions (well, the English DLsite links) like an anon from the previous thread suggested, but everything would get over the character limit and I wanted to keep it to one post.
In any case, if you need English titles and descriptions, you can always just replace the RJ with RE and use that code to google with. You can make some simple stuff in Gamemaker if any of this feels overwhelming. It isn't the most powerful engine, but it is definitely one of the easier programs to pick up and start learning from.
Best of luck to you. The only other tip I can suggest is that you shouldn't expect to be able to do everything. If you're good at art it might be wise to hire someone to code for you, assuming you can solidify your idea and get someone on board to do it.

If anything, for something as simple as a point and click VN you should theoretically be able to program the whole thing yourself using only a few libraries for the GUI Framework.
