Whats the best free way to make webms? i downloaded and tried using "XMedia recode", but as you can see the result is not very good. Settings is set to best, but it is far from source. Any specific settings i should tweak or other program i should use?
and how the heck do i change thumbnail? i guess no one will enter this thread now the thumbnail is just black :(

im toying around with the bitrate. long clips = low bitrape, short clips = high bitrate.
you change the thumbnail by changing the first frame. ie you start a few frames later
