The trick to doing this perfectly is to make use of a bunch of jump cuts and then let the end clip 'roll back' to the beginning. Having one cut in the middle of it or a fade or some shit is a dead giveaway, you should use jump cuts when the scene is about to change in some way (I.e don't jump cut between two clips where the camera/person is in the same place)
