It's super mechanical. Keep in mind I've only animated 2D before, but I think you need more key frames, or whatever SFM calls it. It also helps to have the animations for separate places (in this case, the head/shoulders and the ass/knees) slightly offset, so that while the full loop takes longer, the motions don't look so synced.
It's a learning curve, so don't get discouraged. It'll go by faster as you get more familiar with your tools, too.

Needs more head and neck motion. The head would try to point in roughly the same direction as she watched the camera. The left collar bone should be rotated to reflect pressures exerted by and on the arms. Some subtle facial motion and expression always helps. Pelvic motion's good, but a little bit more rotation in the upper spines, a frame or two out of sync would help. Lock the hands to the chair and move the chair slightly to reflect forces on the chair. Use a map or scene build for background interest, preferably darker. Use more lights to highlight the 3D nature of the subject, possibly colored for contrast. One thing to help reduce robotic movement is to make 3 copies of the loop in graph editor, select and shift bones to put them out of sync, and render only the middle section after you've splined it to give smooth curves that loop correctly. Persist.

That sort of leg motion can be difficult to do if you're using an ik rig and controlling the feet, because it's difficult to achieve a circular arc for the foot. Display the foot path (green frame dots) to see where the motion is unnatural. Don't forget to spline the foot keys with a flat tangent at the extremes for a smooth motion. The feet should rotate slightly out of sync due to inertia making them try to carry on moving after the calf changes direction. Do your foot keyframes with no lag, then drag shift only the rotational part of the keys by a frame or two.
A small, dim sculptural light on the face would help emphasize the action. A little bit more bending of the dick in the middle would make it look more organic.
Very slight motion of the male body would help, mainly to reflect forces from the female's motion. His toe motion seems a bit exaggerated.

You'd also want to try using different timings; it looks like everything was done in one loop. There's worlds more naturalness in having her upper body 'lag' a frame or two, to give the whole movement a more rippling effect.
