No, the uncanny valley effect refers to the drop in APPEAL when something is trying to look good/real but falls short in an odd and off-put way. It doesn't actually reflect the level of realism. It jist comes off as odd looking cause we know something looks wrong. It's why developers often aim for a certain visual style and avoid full blown photo-realism. Saying something looks TOO real isn't really related to the valley.

It's not at all. You can lock the belt to the pelvis or hips and then just animate as normal, it's actually incredibly easy.
I think a lot of the problem with Futa is that its not just sticking a dick on a chick most of the time its sticking a dick on a chick who is already legitimately female and never had a dick in the first place, it just comes off as real lazy.
If there were characters who were already futa to begin with I don't think people would give a shit.
