People are so out of touch. Once the heads out it's usually just a quick pull and then everything slides out.

Yeah, that's why she reaches in when the fluid is released- the pressure has broken.

Humans have one of the worst childbirth situations out of all the mammals. It's terrible. Normally, horses shit out foals unassisted, and mamma and baby are both up and walking within hours.
