Shotcut defaults to vorbis audio when encoding webms and they work. I think there's another issue. Maybe you forgot to click the "enable audio". Maybe it's something else.

I don't know maybe. Anything from xHamster isn't allowing audio, keeps saying vobis only. That's all stuff I don't know about so looking into it showed me that there were apparently two different audio formats - vorbis and opus - so I figured for whatever reason, ffmpeg must have been selecting "opus."
I'm a pleb with command line, here's the code I normally use:
ffmpeg -i video_in.flv -ss 00:00:01.000 -to 00:00:05.000 -c:v libvpx -crf 12 -b:v 1M video_out.webm
What do you mean by "enable audio," audio is default unless inputting "-an"?

I meant in the interface in the webm for bakas program linked in the sticky, I've been using that to resize the outputted files from shotcut. There's a box that enables audio, since the program was made before 4chan allowed the posting of webms with sound. I've accidentally clicked it without knowing when switching windows before.

Nah, they have less than 12 minutes there and Blacked scenes (and Tushy, which is the same company except focusing on anal instead of black guys) usually run over 20 minutes. The promo videos do give a good summary of everything but exclude the most "dramatic" moments.
