check allow access to file urls in the options to play files from your computer
the only problem with this extension is that loop isn't on default so you have to right click and change it for every file.

One possible workaround (albeit a tedious one):
1. When the video starts playing in Chrome, right-click it and select "Inspect" from the context menu.
2. When the HTML source pops up, right-click the highlighted line (which should be the Video element that contains the WebM) and select "Add attribute" from the context menu.
3. Type "loop=true" (without the quotes) and hit Enter.
4. Now when you play the video, it will loop like it used to before they made that stupid change.
You'll have to do this every time you load a video, which obviously isn't ideal, but it'll work in a pinch if you feel the sudden need to loop and fap.
try a new bookmark named webm loop.
