I was tasked by a friend with remaking some vintage shirts from a bar in his home town. I tried the font identifying websites, no dice. Thanks for any help.

Thanks Anon. It is very close to that, but not quite. I think what I'm going to do is print it out in large format, fill it in by hand, and then re-scan it.
