Hey. Can someone more talented then me help with a tattoo design? I've been wanting to get a 3/4 sleeve either in American traditional, neotraditional, or old school design. If anyone can help that'd be awesome.
Something similar to this but more suited for a guy

Why are you on a graphic design board?
This is something your tattoo artist have to do. Find a good artist in your area, write them a mail and they'll help you. Look into the working ethics of tattooing before getting a tattoo.
