Hello I'm new to photoshop and designing.
I need your expert opinion on what to add and remove.
Suggestion is very much welcome. This is for our logo for our airforce team. Its very bland looking. No worries for the colors since we the only need design. Thanks in advance /gd/

That's a damn fine logo, I don't really know who told you to redesign it or why. A little ornate for my taste but there's an accepted visual language when it comes to military stuff and that pulls it off quite well.
