Hello /gd/!
I'm trying to design a one page portfolio type website but I'm having a really hard time with the colours. I can't change my logo anymore because it's already too late for that but I can't seem to find complementary colours that don't look shit with the logo.
Sorry for my English/horrible design.
I always design in black and white first then worry about colors. to me deciding on colors as I design just gets distracting.

download the palettes (photoshop & illustrator) from google material design resources. very useful stuff.
I would keep your logo on white space to look best, and you spelt umbrella wrong at the top
