I just started using Browser-Sync as Wes Bos suggested in the presentation and it's bees-knees even for me as a designer.

(If you're on Windows fucking ignore installation errors npm throws out and don't bother downloading and installing the obese Visual Studio package as the documentation suggests. Browser-Sync will work just fine.)
