Here's a rough logo I made earlier today. I know the laurel is slightly off center. Anything else I should do?
I can fix anything that is off centered- that is not an issue. Anything big I should do, i.e. Color change, size change, better design, etc?

Your fist looks feeble. Draw is to look like the fist of a man that could rip your face off with his dick.
Also, other 40k imagery could get you places. Lots of laurels and manliness.
And maybe a different color than red. Red and black are so over used, and they should only be used sparingly.
Aren't blocky fists in the air a little played-out?
Also, the left red dot's outline is too thick, and the arm is kind of tilted off-center. What's this supposed to be for, anyway?

Learn to use the tools, anon. Even if the design isn't original or appealing in the least, that's no reason to half-ass on technique. Practice practice practice. The fist is meh, ball up your own hand and look where the thumb goes. A few points for using negative space, though.
