This is btw the only acceptable way use your crest as base for your flag design. Smacking the whole thing right in the middle is the opposite of what should be done. Because of the way a flag is used it's particularly important to make it simple and readable. >>242150 and >>239931 are perfect examples of simplification for the flag done right.
