I don't remember why or when i installed mono but i've recently run -Syu and these certificates added thanks to mono. So, should delete these?

Keep them, https relies on that. They look the same as mine, don't worry.

You probably got them because you never ran
update-ca-certificates
. IIRC mono does that on install, because it relies on SSL working. Don't remove them, unles you don't want to be able to wget from https sites.
