Are there IP cameras that can directly stream live video to a RTMP server like youtube, twitch, etc?
So I don't have a to run a computer/server with Wowza/red5/ffmepg or whatever... Just use the IP camera alone
So far I have only found some on this website, could this be real?

To stream to youtube/twitch you need to send the camera video to a URL like rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2 + stream name
People who use twitch, do it using a software like OBS for example, that only works for webcams though
I want to be able to do this but INSIDE the camera interface, no software running in the computer, is this possible with your camera?

never tried streaming to a service. always view the cams directly (over the internet by port forwarding cam lan ip)
btw those trying to reach the cam, thats a lan ip and url domain name is lan-resolved only.

I can't do that because I don't have a public IP.
My ISP put me behind a NAT router

forgot to mention. the dlink ip cams can connect to a server (mydlink.com) run by dlink where you login to the site to view your cam. doesn't require any port forwarding. and there are apps to view your cam on your phone (via the dlink server).
