Need a new ISP. These are my options. What should I go with?
I currently have AT&T, and I hate them so fucking much, they've got to be the worst company in the world.
Time Warner Cable is the fastest on this list, but would I actually ever get that speed? With AT&T, it rarely goes above 1.5 megs down, even though I'm supposed to be getting 15.

ex-twc employee here, IMO they were the best ISP I ever had, kinda bummed charter ate them. if your speeds ever fall below like 80% of your package, call in and bitch, they can't hang up and you'll either get a discount or a tech or disconnected. just pay your bill on time or prepare to be raped by fees.
