You know you can downgrade those, right? If you were too stupid to save your SHSH you can still downgrade tethered. I have an untethered iPhone 4 (3,1 AT&T) on iOS 5.1.1 and it's comfy as fuck.

Wut? There were tethered downgrades by the time iOS 7.0.1 was out. By the time 7.0.4 rolled around you could use your saved SHSH blobs to go back to iOS 5 and 6 untethered. Those things have 3 bootrom exploits.
