Hey niggas, any idea what is causing this shit?
My internet is getting maxed out by this connection, to what seems to be my ISP. No downloads are running, no windows updates or anything like that. I've tried rebooting the router and my pc, the connection just comes right back. It's been doing this since last night

I'd say windows update, check services if it's running and kill it
Did you turn off p2p transfer for Windows Update? That might be your issue here
