I want to buy an S6, encrypt it before any personal use, use it for a couple of months, then sell it.
This in order to avoid data recovery after factory reset, which I read is possible.
I have two simple questions:
1- Will you still be able to use the fingerprint reader after turning on full device encryption? (I've already found that it is possible, I just need a confirmation)
2- Before selling the phone I'll move my pictures and videos to an external drive, after that I want to disable encryption and make sure the S6 is clean. How? A factory reset, or decryption then a factory reset? Will this make any difference in term of data recovery if the device was not scripted?

fucking worthless /g/ too busy frapping to new leaked tech pics
1. You can use fingerprint sensor if your device is encrypted. Encryption has nothing to do with fingerprint reader.
2. Don't disable encryption, just move your files to external drive and make factory reset. New user will not be able to read any of your data such as accounts, passwords, naked pics etc.
