OP here, I guess I don't care, but everyone has a device that is probably sometimes on the web and trying to render pages, now that I think about it the 4G modems probably produce 100x more heat than the CPU to interpret javascript...

A modern baseband processor draws about .4W during a phone call or .7W with the LTE-TDD. A quad core cluster, such as Exynos, will draw about 5W at load though I suspect JavaScript code seldom does that.
