I Recently bought this TekVisions Stallion PanelPC from a thrift shop for 20$. My plan is too put a newer motherboard into it, because it is 15 years old and has a Pentium 3, anyway I can't find the drivers for the touch screen. I already went to TekVisions website and looked for them there, I also called customer support and asked them, they didn't have the drivers either. Its either a Microtouch or Elo Systems touchscreen. Is there a Generic driver I could use, or is there any way to find the exact name of the touchscreen so that I can get the drivers for it?

Maybe.
Install Lubuntu and try it.

Thanks, I already took the old motherboard out, there is currently a core 2 duo in it, so I could use something besides lubuntu if needed.
