I think they're just saying that the outer/inner cardboard is recycleable, not that the plastic components (seals, antistatic bag, etc.) are also made from recycleable paper.

Can you please weight the sticker and the rest of the packaging, and then calculate how many percent of the packaging are paper, and then turn this into an int please?
