If you want to find out if a product is probably shit or not, compare its price to identically spec'd competitors. BOM and margins are pretty linear across the display industry.
Well it's an LG panel, so it should atleast be OK. However the gamut is only 72% and it could be better.
Be a Lenovo fanboy if you want, but I personally wouldn't get that monitor.
