How does /g/ clean their monitors?

I've always used some rubbing alcohol + a microfiber/linen cloth, but I've recently heard that this can potentially damage some anti-reflexive coatings manufacturers put on in the factory.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? How autistic is /g/ when it comes to cleaning?

Use only water

Rubbing alcohol could ruin the coating, but I know windex will destroy the anti glare coating

Thanks for the heads up

I use isopropyl and a microfiber. Have done for years with my Dells and no noticeable degradation of the anti glare coating
>>
I use my glasses lens cleaner and a microfiber wipe

A shirt that I wear while at gome that's about to get washed anyway + water. Don't use alcohol or other cleaning products on displays.
