Anyone else who couldn't graduate quick enough to finally work, and then realize working in tech wasn't much fun after all.. :/
Long work weeks, never ending crunch, long lines to the coffee machine, phone that never stops ringing, hundreds of important new mail every time you check your mail..
Everyone thinks you can code a few lines and do some presentations and you get like 6-figure bonus and a yacht. But in reality you only get more work to do after you complete your current task. And it never ends, unless you die or your job gets rationalized away.
Is tech the worst job choice? Or does everything suck this bad?
