What's a good USB stick to store bitcoins and such on? Security like encryption is nice. But stability is more important. Not having it ask you to format it before use and so on.

don't buy usb sticks with "encryption". most of them are really shitty, the rest are backdoored by the nsa. use actually audited encryption, like luks/cryptsetup. or some truecrypt fork if you're a wincuck.
if you use a decent client you should also have an encrypted wallet in the first place.
and make backups.
