Z3 fucked?

Is my phone definitely fucked?
>It's a Z3, and the screen was quite mucky so I made sure all the tabs were closed, did one of those pressure sensor tests; all was good. Gave it a quick clean under a cold tap, probably around 30-40 seconds. And it worked fine after, chucked it on my bed and came back to it a few hours later and it won't turn on and the notification light just blinks red...
Based on what the lens looks like, doesn't look good :((((
I had this problem before, and yes your phone is basically fucked.
Take it to the service center, or you can fix it yourself.

30-40 seconds isn't quick lol.
Just tried turning it on in a last hope of desperation, and it booted. Everything works, except the camera lens is fogged up, is there any way I can fix this myself?

Put that shit in rice almost for a week, it sucks the humidity and maybe you can save you phone.

Should I leave the flaps open in the rice or keep them closed?
Just put it in rice or silica to suck out the moisture
