Does any one have a reliable ranking of mobile cpu by speed?
Look at multi-core and single-core floating point geekbench 3 benchmarks. Those are the scores that determine how truly 1337 a mobile processor is.

CPU: 4-core ARM A53 @ 1.2 GHz
Phone: ZTE Warp Elite
You can use this as a base to compare other phones with. So if a phone scores 2600 in FP multi-core than it's 2X as 1337 as my phone processor.
