Everyone not updated to 10 the night before will get a forced update to 10 regardless of settings. Calling it now.

Nah, it'll be more like 'we reset everyone's settings 5 times a day for the last week' deal.
No 'forcing' but if you forget to put your settings back after they're changed against your will even once, you'll wake up to find your computer updating.
Don't leave your computer on when you're not there to stop it updating.
