This isn't a budget build, or even a coherent one. I'd recommend looking at logical increments.

If you're getting a GPU, there's no point in getting a CPU that has graphics on it. The AMD Athlon CPUs are APUs that have their GPU component disabled due to defects. They're cheaper but have same performance.
